I can't express enough how amazing my stay was at this hotel. From the kind and attentive staff, the beautiful rooms with private hot tubs, to the stunning backdrop of the lagoon, every moment was pure luxury. The outstanding service and delicious meals served at our door made it hard to leave. However, there was a slight odd odor in the location that needed attention.

The attentive and engaging staff truly made me feel special. However, there were frustrations when dealing with requests that could have been handled better. The location offered a perfect blend of jungle immersion and convenience, with easy access to explore nearby attractions.
